At TXG, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all compression socks. Our medical grade compression socks are available in 12 different styles, 6 different sizes and 3 different compression levels. Each style contains a unique blend of the highest quality fibers and have been co-developed by a professional medical team in the USA.

Choosing from our collection
In addition to choosing the right sock for your condition, you’ll need to choose the right compression level.
We currently offer three variants; Gentle (10-15mmHg). Moderate (15-20mmHg) and Firm (20-30mmHg).
When choosing your socks bear in mind that a very snug fit is best. This is what’s needed to provide the necessary level of compression.
To avoid choosing the wrong type, make sure you use the product sizing charts provided and measure your ankle or calf.
